Qalbi Multilingual Services was founded as a specialist practice for lease translation and abstraction. We have grown into a full-spectrum multilingual lease partner — taking lease documents from 24 source languages into structured, lease-aware English.

Our work sits at the intersection of language and lease operations. Every translator and abstractor on our roster is trained specifically on lease terminology — terms, rent, contacts, landlord and tenant responsibilities, allowances, and other obligations — so the deliverable reads naturally in English without losing the nuance of the source.

We started Qalbi Multilingual Services because lease portfolios were going global faster than translation could keep up. Generic agencies were producing fluent English, but they were missing the lease vocabulary that abstractors and reviewers actually need.

Our founders, who had spent years on the abstraction side of the desk, built QMS to close that gap. The first engagements were a handful of European leases — Dutch, French, German. Within two years we had added Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean for clients pushing into APAC.

Today we maintain a roster of specialist translators across 24+ working languages, every one of them experienced in real-estate documentation. What hasn't changed is the way we work: two-pass review on every lease, fixed timelines, and reviewer-ready output.
